You must be able to form a legally binding contract to use Zyphro. If you are using Zyphro on behalf of a minor or a person otherwise unable to contract, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline (for example, if an item becomes unavailable or a delivery address falls outside our serviceable area). An order is confirmed once you receive order confirmation.

Prices shown at checkout, including any applicable delivery fee, taxes and discounts, are the prices that apply to your order. We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing errors before an order is confirmed.

Payments are processed through supported payment methods shown at checkout. Where cash on delivery is offered, the exact amount is expected at the time of delivery.

Delivery times shown are estimates and may vary due to factors like traffic, weather, or order volume. We aim to keep you informed of your order's real-time status.

You may cancel an eligible order before it is out for delivery, from your order details page. Orders already out for delivery generally cannot be cancelled — see our Refund Policy for what happens after delivery.

Eligible cancellations and issues (missing, wrong or damaged items) are refunded per our Refund Policy, typically back to the original payment method.

Product availability is based on real-time stock at the store fulfilling your order and can change between browsing and checkout. We'll let you know if an item in your order becomes unavailable.

You agree to provide accurate order and delivery information, to use Zyphro only for lawful purposes, and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt unauthorised access to our systems.

The Zyphro name, logo, app and website content are the property of Zyphro and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or use them without permission, beyond what's needed for normal personal use of the service.

To the extent permitted by law, Zyphro is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.
