Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Zyphro collects when you use our app and website, and how it's used.

Last updated: August 2026

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly (such as your name and contact details), information generated by using Zyphro (such as your orders and browsing activity), and information from your device (such as approximate location, when permitted).

2. Account Information

When you create a Zyphro account, we collect your phone number, and optionally your name and email address, to identify your account and communicate with you about orders and services.

3. Order Information

We collect details of the products you order, delivery addresses, order value, and order status, so we can fulfil, track and support your orders.

4. Location Information

With your permission, we use your location to show delivery availability, estimate delivery time, and help delivery partners navigate to you. You can control location permissions from your device settings at any time.

5. Payment-Related Information

Payments on Zyphro are processed by a third-party, PCI-compliant payment gateway. Zyphro does not store your full card, UPI or bank details on its own servers — only the information needed to confirm and reconcile a transaction (such as payment status and a masked reference) is retained.

6. How Information Is Used

We use your information to process and deliver orders, provide customer support, personalise your experience (such as recommendations and offers), maintain the security of our platform, and comply with legal obligations.

7. Data Sharing

We share the minimum information necessary with sellers (to fulfil your order), delivery partners (to complete delivery), and payment processors (to complete payment) — never for those parties' independent marketing use. We may also share information where required by law.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections and access controls. No online service can guarantee absolute security, and we encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your account.

9. Cookies

Our website uses cookies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and understand how the site is used. See our Cookie Policy for more detail on the categories of cookies we use and how to manage them.

10. Your Rights

You can access, update or delete much of your information directly from your account settings. You may also contact us to request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it, subject to any legal or operational retention requirements (such as records needed for tax or dispute resolution).

11. Contact
